Peak
Korjenevskoy seen from helicopter before landing on Moskvin's Glade. The
1st part of the classic climbing route - the trail to camp-5100 - is clearly
visible.

Helicopter
is landing on Moskvin's Glade (Poliana Moskvina) BC. Now there are 2 possible
flight routes: from Dushanbe (the capital of Tadjikistan) and or from
Tadjik-Kirgiz border from Karamyk helipad (the latter is few times shorter).
The BC provides service for climbers who attempts Communism (Ismail Somoni,
on the photo) and Korjenevskoy peaks.

Moskvina
Glade BC's team is waiting for you....
|
Peak
Chetirekh (Peak of 4th) is good target for acclimatization climbing.
|
Camp-5100. The good feature of climbing Peak Korjenevskoy is the 1st two high-altitude camps (camp-5100 and camp-5300) are located in snow-free places literally "on the trail", with all the luxuries - water source, warm night and so on... |
So
does Camp-5300, plus excellent views to Moskva (Moscow) peak wall (left).
|
|
Up
from Camp-5300 the real mountaineering begins after crossing small glacier.
View to Camp-5800 site (close to the rocky wall), snow and ice climbing.
